About Us

Indigo Brave was founded 13 years ago in the UK by Directors who are passionate about changing the world by maximising people’s potential. With a common background in psychology, theatre, personal growth, therapeutic interventions and change technologies (NLP, emotional intelligence etc), they developed the company as a vehicle to offer innovative training to organisations and businesses, supporting them to achieve their goals by transforming and empowering their people.

Although working mainly in the Midlands, for several key clients the company delivers across the UK and into mainland Europe.

Still led by the founding Directors, the company now employs carefully chosen, highly talented and fully trained facilitators who share the Directors’ skills, commitment and passion. A pipeline of further facilitators is coming through and a select few will complete the lengthy journey to reach Indigo Brave’s exceptionally high standards of facilitation.

The whole Indigo Brave team is committed to continuous improvement and new learning – an average 17% of turnover is dedicated every year to our own training, keeping us up to date with cutting edge research and methodologies. We walk the walk and know the benefits of investing!
