We offer 2 unique methodologies that we have crafted ourselves over years of delivering effective training. What is special about our approach is not just what we teach, but how we teach it.

Results Driven Communication ©2008 is an Indigo Brave tool. We are the UK’s only training organisation that specialises in empowering individuals and groups to practise this approach, which maximises the potential of your greatest asset, your people. Results Driven Communication ©2008 combines change technologies, such as NLP and emotional intelligence, to give people greater confidence, self- esteem and awareness. In our training events they learn and practise practical tools and techniques to change behaviour and communication patterns, now and forever.
Micro-Moment Theatre ©2006. We are trained in forum and playback theatre, plus in role play which is now accepted as an effective learning tool. Indigo Brave has taken these principles to another level, into “real play”. We use actors to be the other players around you in any scenario, while you continue being yourself. Then we use Micro-Moment Theatre ©2006 to slice and dissect every aspect of the communication and interaction, physical, mental and emotional. This enables us all to understand the drivers in the situation and to introduce new techniques and practise them. You can then see in action your newfound ability to influence, inspire and change people’s minds.
