In every training event, we create an exceptionally safe and supportive learning environment which gets the results you want – practical learning, with delegates practising new techniques and skills based on their current workplace scenarios. Delegates can then integrate these new behaviours into their work practices straight away, producing immediate and long lasting benefits.
Key to our success is our 2 facilitator model. Together they can fully address the individual needs of each participant at every stage, so that all achieve the stated goals.
From the outset we work closely with your Learning and Development/ HR/Training team and/or your Senior Managers/Directors/Partners to understand fully where the challenges lie, your needs and problems and your required learning outcomes.
From this in-depth consultation, we create bespoke programmes to give you exactly what you need – these may involve small and large group training seminars, assessments, 1 to 1 or small group coaching, large conference presentations/events or a mix of some or all of these. We have worked with 1 person and with 450, and with every sized group in between!
Thorough evaluation at the time and ongoing reviews of the resulting workplace performance, shared between the client and the facilitators, ensures programmes and approaches are revised and enhanced for relevance and effectiveness, to meet the needs of the organisation and the learning needs of the delegates – a dynamic cycle of growth and new opportunity.
