Coaching for Success

Our coaching services are designed to tackle the specific individual issues that are holding you back.

We use fast track transformation tools so you can make the changes you want, quickly, with lasting results.

Before we start the coaching, we discuss your goals, to determine how many sessions you may need and together we monitor your progress. If we do not achieve success in the agreed number of sessions, we will negotiate more time with you, for free, until success is achieved. (No-one has yet been in this position).

Each session usually lasts one hour, possibly with tasks to undertake between the sessions to develop the work and speed up your process. We offer flexible times to suit your needs. Ideally we meet, but we also offer coaching over the phone, meaning you can do this from your place of work or even your own home. Although generally coaching is done 1 to 1, sometimes we coach small groups of 2-4 eg workplace teams.

Indigo Brave’s coaching is delivered by members of our team who are also training facilitators. They are highly experienced coaches, working with Indigo Brave’s unique approach, a unique set of tools to empower people to realise their potential.

All our coaches receive regular coaching themselves – we are all on a similar path of personal transformation.
