Launching our new Campfire Coaching Model

At Indigo Brave, we have been growing the idea of our own campfire that we can enjoy and invite people, our community to. It has been quietly growing in us all year, and now we are happy to invite you to its first real incarnation!

We have used the image of the campfire as a symbol for our gathering: a sacred circle, around which people come to share, to witness, and to be nurtured and warmed by one another’s wisdom. It is a place of stories, sparks, and soul. A place where personal truth meets collective momentum.

So you are invited to share in what we are harvesting! This August, we’re proud to share our reimagined Campfire Coaching Model, a layered, living community structure designed to support you into more of your Authentic Leadership, Real Success, and Embodied Growth, as you navigate modern life, complexity, transition, and the deep call of change.

Picture a proper campfire - circles of people gathering, some close, some not so close. Each circle offering its own level of intimacy, access, change, support and perhaps even deep and lasting transformation.

Firelight Circle - Our public space. If you’re new to our work and a bit curious, this is your place to have a peek and draw near to the warmth and light, you will have access to social posts, blogs, podcasts, videos, and free events.  So you can begin sensing if this space might work for you and what’s possible.

Kindling Circle - A container for you to start your exploration. Here you’ll find taster workshops, first step resources, and speed coaching sessions for you to start to develop your own questions and find answers. If you're ready to take your first real step into transformation, it’s a great place to begin.

Ignite Circle - You will be called into this circle if you are ready for a commitment to yourself.  A space to begin an exciting journey of growth. Monthly group coaching, a private community of people all wanting to share and learn together, and a library of resources to create the changes you want to see in your life. It can also include 121 coaching and lots of extremely practical ways to grow and to integrate purpose, success and leadership from within.

Torchbearer Circle - Our most intimate circle. This is an invitation only space where Torchbearers join their own circle of women committed to exceptional lives for themselves and the sisters they support.  This circle is completely bespoke to you and can include 1:1 coaching, visionary partnership, as well as a transformative Inner Circle for high-impact women leading meaningful change, personally and professionally.

Why Fire, and Why Now?

In a time of relentless change, both planetary and personal, many of us are awakening to the truth that the old ways of working are no longer sustainable. Especially for women navigating senior leadership, cultural pressure, and often, the biological initiations of midlife.

A recent study has demonstrated that if we look down at a fire, all the stem cells in our bodies turn on. This research is shared here in this beautiful reel from Zach Bush.

We are living in a Kali Yuga shift, which we mentioned in our Summer Solstice Newsletter an epic turning of the ages, as described in ancient Vedic tradition. As the great cycles turn, we are not only witnessing the breakdown of outdated systems but also feeling the call to birth new ways of being, leading, and relating.

As Bibhu Dev Misra explores in his book Yuga Shift, this is a time of accelerated evolution, individually and collectively. And as the world changes around us, so too must the way we gather, the way we lead, and the way we restore ourselves.

The fire is both symbol and source:
